The room was not clean at all—there was grease all over the walls. Front desk service was extremely poor and unprofessional. When I requested an upgrade to a two-bedroom suite, it took an unreasonable amount of time to process. To make matters worse, I was charged once and then charged again because the front desk associate gave me the wrong price initially. Being double-charged due to staff incompetence is completely unacceptable.
