Chambre vraiment sale avec des restes de poils dans salle de bains. Peînture qui se décolle. Joints salle de bains moisi. Radiateur à fond sans pouvoir le régler. Fenêtre très sale et tres difficile à ouvrir Mais excellente localisation et grande chambre.

The whole building felt neglected. The room numbers were in a random order which made finding the room difficult. I had an ensuite room, it smelled disgusting when I arrived and the toilet didn't flush properly so the ensuite smelled disgusting when I opened the door in the norning too. The window wasn't staying open properly and the radiator couldn't be turned down which made the room extremely hot. Other guests were slamming doors and running up and down stairs too. The only positives were the price for a place in London and the ease of check in and check out. I think this could be a great property if a little more care was put into maintaining rooms.

Bonjour, Je vous écris car la chambre est insalubre. Moisissures dans la douches et sur les murs j’ai peur de me laver je suis tellement déçu et je le répète ma femme et moi avons peur de nous laver dans la salle de bains nous ne pouvons donc pas répondre à nos besoins hygiéniques. J’ai chercher d’autres hôtel mais en vain car plus de places disponibles je souhaite être remboursé mais le personnel est désagréable j’ai demander des serviettes de bains pour me laver la figure le matin et cela a été compliquée d’en avoir. Je suis vraiment dégoûté

Ne pas y aller. Chambre avec Bcp moisissures, même mes chiens ne dormiraient pas là-dedans. J’ai demandé un remboursement et celui-ci je veulent pas (on parle de 800€). Je ne recommande pas du tout , à éviter !

Dit is een krot. Ik heb betere hotels gehad in 3de wereld landen. Dit een hotel in de UK?! De deur sloot amper af. Vocht en schimmel plekken in de kamer. Tapijt is al 40jaar niet gereinigd. De bedden waren kapot. De kraan in de badkamer sloot niet. Stond gewoon te stromen. Gelukkig was het personeel nog vriendelijk.

The staff here were so lovely that I almost don’t want to comment on the property- the room was filthy, there actually wasn’t someone on the desk the whole time, the photos on here are not of the inside of the property, there’s no hot water… but the bed was clean, it was actually really quiet and the staff I did see were really helpful… would have been brilliant for one night, was ok for two nights- really would have been impossible beyond that

Absolutely shocking on a whole different level. Torn carpets, stains on the wall, water didn’t run in the makeshift shower, no remote for the tv. I can only assume it was like Josef Fritzels basement. Horrendous place to rest. Wouldn’t go back if it was free.
