Staff was kind and courteous. The accommodations, while clean, weren’t comfortable. The beds were firm, pillows were too squishy and the water pressure in the shower was almost nonexistent. The hotel staff were very kind in sending some goodies to help us celebrate our 2nd anniversary, which was a sweet gesture.

Becky @ front desk ck in JUST WONDERFUL WOW !! and this morning had the opportunity to meet Isabel in the kitchen serving up HOT BISCUITS 😋😋 what a beautiful human being . I wish more people would stop to say THANK U :) One thing I noticed on the ceiling was a little mildew that probably should get cleaned up right away but other than that very very comfortable will definitely stay there again and we’ll definitely share with family and friends

They probably could have gotten a better score but they only had one elevator working which is terrible when you are on the top floor. Also make sure you understand that when you make the reservation that there is no free parking you have to pay to park.

I’d say the only downfall was having to wait 5+ mins for the elevator since only one was working, and I was told the elevator had already been down for about 5 months. Crazy part is the elevator inspection form in the elevator that worked was just inspected sometime in June or July of 2025. So why wasn’t the other one fixed?…

Perfect hotel for a newbie

Firat time staying in a hotel and im very pleased i chose this location. Reservation was easy and simple. Check in was fast and veey friedn with lots of information for someone who is new. Romm was veey cleaned and organized. Comfy bed great view. Bathroom is very clean good water pressure with all the things you will need. Im very please with my stay will definitely recommended and come again if im around the area. Free breakfsst was delicious probably got there late so no sausages ut thtas my fault. Only complain i will say its the elevator i stayed on the six floor and the bitton woukd not work or theres some issue with the elevator that i was waiting like 7 minutes for the elevator to arrive so i just took the stairs. But other than that im happy with my stay.
