The outside of the building was very clean. Before getting into my room, I had trouble with my keycard that did not work. After watching the front desk clerk perform a trick to my card reader I finally got in my room. The floor was sticky from who knows what, room smelled like old molded water, tub was clogged, toilet had a ring on the inside, there was a old towel left under the bathroom sink on the floor and 1 inch gap under the main door making it easy for anything to enter the room. I mopped the floor with a service towel and could have switched rooms but after a 13 hour drive I was tired. It’s time for new housekeeping or management.

If you book with third party like Expedia, don’t expect to get the room you paid for when you arrive. They will give you whatever is on a lower demand. I paid for a room with a king bed but was given two queen beds. The beds were comfortable though and the bathroom sink was tall and not easily accessible for me ( I am 5’4).
