Condo was very clean and nice decor. Fireplace was a great touch while sitting in the living room on cold nights. Staff were friendly throughout the trip including condo check in and all ski lodge staff. Well kept slopes. Chair lift staff had a nice sense of humor and helpful. Will definitely come back!

We love the location - close to Shenandoah National Park and fun things to do in Harrisonburg. Local wine, beer, and cider tastings are fun too!

The Johnson Family Adventure

It was truly an amazing stay. The representatives were helpful and there were so many activities for the family to do. It was clean and extremely roomy for the family. We had everything that we needed for our stay. The food places were also great and the workers were friendly.

Definitely worth a visit even it is short

The resort is nestled in a beautiful part of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We were very impressed with quality of the facilities and happy with the service. We were particularly surprised by the quality of BBQ at the restaurant on site. Some the activities were a bit pricey which can really add up over the course of a stay, but overall we recommend Massanutten as a year round resort.

My kids and I had a great time. The condo was in nice condition but I did have some concerns regarding cleanliness when it came to carpet and bed linen. Parking was easy and there were shops and restaurants within driving distance. The water park was a blast. Overall a good experience we wouldn’t hesitate to return and stay at Woodstone Meadows.

My condo was really nice and spacious. The check in was a little overwhelming, but the long line did move pretty fast. Parking was available but sometimes not conveniently located if you got back to your condo late. Overall, a really good stay and would go again.

It was nice to have a jacuzzi tub in the condo. The unit could use some extra plates, bowls, bigger cups, and silverware.

Just beautiful!

This condo was just beautiful! They have updated it, so roomy, beds were comfy. They did a great job up keeping it and cleaning it. Felt like home. We had a great time in the one bedroom unit and around the campus, walking on the paths and playing at playground with kids. Thank you for a great time! We will be back!

The property has a lot of activities to do and in cases where you don’t have a car there is a shuttle to carry you around the property. However if would recommend taking your own car. The rooms are clean and spaces better than advertised. I would go back.

Good, but could be better.

Fun resort, lots to do, kind of confusing, but worth the stay! Restaurants, pools, activities, and more are closed different days and you have to really figure that out to plan days. Rooms are pretty nice where we stayed, but pull out bed is not above average. Bring your own everything and dont plan on washing because the washer dryer are TINY. Some rooms have oven and cooktop, some hot plate and countertop oven. Make sure you know and shop accordingly. Buy food on the way to save $$$$. Staff were overall pretty good. At the umbrella bar they really dont care about customers for some reason. This could all be a little off because we were thre the last few days of snow season, but it was our vacation no matter when in “season” it was for them. Hiking was really nice up the hills and I recommend it. Water park small but ok and the arcade was ok if machines work.

Perfectly adequate

This is my family’s second stay at massanutten. Overall, we will keep coming back for the convenience (and the hotel is not the main reason for being there!) but I’d say it’s a 2 star experience. The good: - the apartment was spacious and well located. - check out was easy (by text) - the redone apartment was clean on arrival - the facilities and grounds have lots to do The eh: - I didn’t appreciate the sales pitch at check in. I was tired from a long drive, and the woman talked at me a mile a minute, promising me lots of discounts and free things if I came to a breakfast on Sunday morning. I hate those kinds of pitches. - there were not enough blankets in the apartment. The thin bed cover was not enough and for the amt of ppl in the unit, more blankets would be nice. - the pillows were awful. Either hard lumps or too soft squishy things with no feathers. - the kitchen is very poorly stocked. Nice to have a kitchen but hard to cook much with the little they had. - the dishwasher smelled awful. No idea what was going on there, but it smelled like a dirty horse stall and left the dishes with the same smell. - you have to do a lot at check out (strip beds, take out garbage) for the price you pay. - pools on site dont open until 11 and close at 7. Kids were disappointed since we didn’t get to do the pool on the day of our arrival or departure. It’s not very accessible with these hours. Hotels usually have much better pool hours.

Great Resort with Lots to Do

This is a great resort with lots to do. The condo was extremely clean with possibly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! Lots to do all year round, though there isn't much for free. My only complaint would be that check in is at 5pm and check out at 10am which seems a little unfair. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!
