We lived our room bed was comfortable Sheets soft. Loved the set up of the King with sofa bed. Loved the breakfast. The fresh ground coffee was delicious. The staff was great. Easiest check in ever.

The staff were very friendly and courteous, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We were right across from the pool but it wasn't noisy at all. The breakfast was good, but food ran out quickly. We would stay here again.

Fine Family Spot near Mammoth Cave

Great place to stay close to Mammoth Cave NP. Pool area is tired and no more hot tub, just FYI. Check-in staff member was really nice. Breakfast missed on a couple items (ran out of milk for cereal and the pancake machine didn’t work), but still had breakfast, which was efficient.

This hotel is literally right off of the highway (65) so very convenient. Breakfast was good. They even had a pork-free sausage option which was amazing for our family. A few spiders near/under the AC unit (since we had to unplug and plug it). AC does kick on and off throughout the night instead of staying on but we visited during a heat wave too! Overall, I would recommend and stay again.

The guy at the front desk was condescending. The room was dirty. Staying on the ground floor the blinds didn’t work. Looked like some cheap ass shower curtain for the window curtain.We’ve been staying at Holiday Inn Express for years when on vacation and this was the absolute worst. We left at 5am. Couldn’t wait to get the hell out of there…

Front desk was great! Had a great selection for breakfast. Room was clean. Pool had a very strong smell but while we were in swimming, maintenance came by and took a pool sample, stating they test the pool a few times a day. All in all, I would stay here again.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn express was very nice. The bed was super comfortable. The room was clean. The breakfast was really good. The only suggestion I would have was the lack of shower pressure which the hotel said that they will be checking out.

Scam alert

I went online to hotels.com and booked a king bed and when I arrived, they said they were sold out of kings and offered me a double queen and I told the lady at the desk I was not gonna spend four nights of vacation sleeping in a separate bed for my wife. The girl at the counter canceled my reservation but hotels.com still took me for $550
