We reserved a 2 bedroom suite for our anniversary so our kids would be in the second bedroom, This was not what we got. We were all in one bedroom with little alcove for a. bed. We could see them the whole time so it was not romantic at all. VERY disappointed.

We were initially told our room would be ready in 5-10 minutes. We unloaded our luggage, etc. to a cart. When we came back in, we were told it would be 2 hours. They told us, we could leave the cart right at the front desk!?! We asked for restaurant recommendations and received a 3 page list with the majority of addresses marked TBD. We had hoped for a personal recommendation. Google would have told us more. When we returned, we received no information about breakfast nor where things were located in the hotel. The room was clean; the bed, linens, towels were all very nice. The toilet paper was like tissue wrapping paper. We were in a handicapped room and the shower had a seat but not hand held shower head. Breakfast was adequate.

We stayed 2 nights at the Hampton Inn in Glenwood Springs, and were very happy with everything! It is clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and happy, and the free breakfast is great! Waffles, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, cereal, rolls, yogurt, fruit and more! We will stay here again!
