The breakfast offered was very limited compared to other Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at. Additionally, we were told we did not qualify for complimentary water bottles, even though I’ve always received them at every other location.
When we arrived in our first room (224) and pulled back the sheets, we discovered blood on both the sheets and the comforter. The staff was very apologetic and moved us to room 529, which was much better, but this is an issue that should never occur and is entirely preventable. My wife and I were disappointed that our stay began this way, especially given our past positive experiences with the brand.
