Never Again
The sole positive aspect of my experience was the exceptional service provided by your front desk staff. However, my overall impression was significantly diminished after checking in. Regrettably, the room was in a state of disrepair. The area around the beds and nightstands was visibly uncleaned and lacked a thorough vacuuming. The condition was quite unpleasant. Had I been aware of the poor quality of the pillows, I would have brought my own.
As a result of my stay at your establishment, I have resolved to travel with my own personal pillows or purchase them for overnight stays at other hotels. Having raised children, I am intimately familiar with the potential for pillows to become stained and unsanitary, just GROSS. Consequently, I will now inspect the pillows before making any other decisions regarding overnight accommodations. Furthermore, the elementary patchwork applied to the chipped and damaged wall contributed to the overall unappealing appearance of the room. Consequently, I have decided to refrain from visiting your establishment in the future.
