The staff was great. The rooms were in. There is only one window and the lighting is limited. The oatmeal was not hot at breakfast and the only cereal option ( until the last day) was sugary. Please put out a microwave for Guests to use to heat things up. The coffee temp was also inconsistent. We took things up to our 5 th floor room to heat them up.
