Just book somewhere else.

This hotel needs to be condemned. The smell of cigarettes and weed was overpowering. The bed was dirty, the counters were dirty, the bathroom smelled very badly. I travel for business quite regularly that this might me the worst hotel I have ever been in. Oh, not to mention the prostitute banging on someone's door down the hall at 3:30am, that was a nice touch.

The staff was superb. Excellent customer service. The hotel is ok for a night or two if visiting Universal Parks. My low review is due to the fact that they advertise breakfast included when in fact all they offer is coffee and some tiny muffins. Better advertise no breakfast, or describe it as what it is...I really dislike deceiving advertisement.

Nous avons dormi 3 nuits pour visiter Orlando et les villes proches. Hôtel sale, nous avions une suite avec cuisine sans vaisselle. Obligé de réclamer mais il n’avait pas tous le nécessaire. Obliger d’acheter le nécessaire de cuisine. Les canapés était très sale ainsi que la moquette dans les chambres et l’hôtel. L’hôtel abrite des familles sans doute sans domicile fixe.

Quiet, Comfortable, and Hassle free

Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the staff was very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the room was—we didn’t hear a thing and slept soundly. My 12-year-old and I stayed overnight while traveling, checking in after midnight and out at 11 a.m. No complaints—it was exactly what we needed at the perfect time.
