The on site site were great, helpful, communicative and nice to dpeak to - all of them. If it was just them I would give 5 stars.
Trying to contact the hotel before arriving was awful and a waste of time. I would give 0 stars based on that. I tried their online contact form 3 times, never got a single reply. I sent emails, they bounced. I tried phoning, no one answered. Eventually Hotels.com managed to help and get hold of an answer from them. It turned out to be wrong. That is awful for a customer facing business.
They need to understand that when someone is flying from the other side of the world it can really help packing and planning to have some very simple information. Absolutely awful.
Having now been I would consider using the hotel again because I now have found out the hard way what the answers I wanted were and I know it is in a good spot for my needs.
However I really want to make sure know how bad an impression they give regarding questions from potential customers.
I suspect they don't care, it's Vegas, someone will book a room if you don't.
