Great apartment with separate bedroom and much bigger than usual Japanese hotels. Beds comfortable, clean bed linen and towels, lots of hot water and pristine bathroom. My husband and I stayed at this property while visiting our family in Japan. It was absolutely perfect for us. We stayed for eight nights. It was like a home away from home. We had space for our family to come and visit us quite often. This was a priceless benefit. It was close to everything we needed and the nearby train was not an issue but rather a comfort, knowing we had transportation available when needed. The manager was excellent and provided everything we needed daily. This will be our preferred place to stay whenever we come back to Japan. We loved it!

予約後にこちらの不手際で連絡が取れずご迷惑をお掛けしました。 それでもオーナーの方がとても親切で、チェックイン時間前に訪問してしまったのですが快く宿泊させて頂けました。 駐車場を利用したい場合は事前にオーナーさんに知らせる必要があります。 私は連絡していなかった為、近くのコインパーキングに停めることになりましたが近くて安い所をオーナーさんが教えて下さり助かりました。 近くに新幹線と電車の線路がある為真夜中以外は電車の音が聞こえます。 私は音で目が覚めてしまう体質なので耳栓をして寝ましたが、旦那は大丈夫だったようなので人によるかもしれません。 ワンコを連れての初めての旅だったのですが、楽しい時間を過ごせました。 ありがとうございました。

埼玉旅行の宿泊にはピッタリ

到着が夜遅くなってしまったのですが近くの駅まで迎えに来て頂いて、駐車場からホテルの案内、付近のご飯屋さんの案内などとても丁寧に対応して頂けました。宮城からの出発だったので時間がずれ込んでしまいましたがとても優しい対応ありがとうございました。部屋の中もとても清潔で部屋の中の設備も普通のビジネスホテルより家庭的で過ごしやすかったです。また利用させていただきます。
