You definitely get what you pay for here. I guess our room has a long term tenant or an animal previously because it did smell of either cat or dog pee as if the carpet was saturated. Staff should have noticed absolutely noticed themselves.

2-night stay - check-in was easy & great. Questionable guest staying there - foul language/yelling between midnight & 3am. The next night that guest was gone, but someone decided to do 360's in the adjacent parking lot between hotel & movie theatre. The room itself was relatively clean, but needed many small repairs. Overall, for the $ I paid, it was okay, but would definitely not stay there again. It's not up to par with all the other La Quinta Inns at which I've stayed. No use of pool/hot tub as they were outside, so understandable for the typical March weather in CO Spgs., justifying the lower rate.
