The airport shuttle was suspended my whole stay, so unfortunately I didn't have the privilege of using it while I was there. Overall, I appreciated how quiet and peaceful my stay was. Great location right on a very long white sand beach. Apartment had great beach chairs, enough kitchen supplies to cook and eat for some meals, and peeks of the ocean. The pool was clean and big and the building was very safe and secure. Lots of restaurants walking distance and 2 great spots for food and drink right next door directly on the beach. The management company was responsive and great when I had questions. This place is not fancy, but very practical and comfortable. Close to Santurce (2-3 miles) and Old San Juan. I’d book this again.

This was such a great experience, the staff is top notch, Larry in the front desk is the heart of that whole place and I wish i could’ve taken him home with me! The check in process was easy, however the place was pretty run down. Our room had mattresses that were sunken in, the carpets had many stains on them, and my dad even saw a roach in the room. Air conditioning, lights, fridge, and microwave all worked fine. The one elevator did not have a light so you were riding in darkness. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good (no scrambled eggs though). Parking was right out front, no issues there. Overall, service was fine but some serious updating and cleaning needs to be done.
