Everything was amazing except the room temperature and the pillows.

Awesome hotel!!
We stayed at the Kempinski and it was simply perfect! The hotel is stunning, the room was excellent, the location couldn’t be better, and the breakfast was rich, varied, and delicious. Everything about the stay was top-notch and exceeded expectations.
The only downside – the pillows. They were really uncomfortable and left us with terrible back pain. Other than that, the experience was absolutely amazing.

Lyxhotell som gör en nöjd
Detta hotell överraskade positivt. Stora ljusa fräscha rum med alla bekvämligheter man kan önska sig. Städningen sköttes dagligen klanderfritt och med stor noggrannhet. Varje kväll fick jag även en sk turn down service som var pricken över i:et. Gratis vattenflaska på rummet.
Jag har nog aldrig kommenterat ett hotells hissar men känner att jag måste göra ett undantag här. Hotellets hissar tillhörde de snabbaste och effektivaste hissarna jag stött på.
Använde conciergeservicen flera gånger till stor belåtenhet. Frukosten var underbar och hade verkligen allt. Äter man efter 8:30 blir det trångt i restaurangen men de är duktiga på att fylla på frukosten. Trevlig och professionell personal överlag. Jag har rest till Budapest cirka åtta gånger under 20-25 år och detta är det bästa hotell jag bott på där.
Enda negativa jag har att säga, och då menar jag verkligen det enda, är att fjärrkontrollen till TV:n var riktigt smutsig och oinbjudande att ta på. Annars var detta en fullpoängare.

Great hitel and friendly staff
Super friendly sfaff and excellent room. The window isn't properly sealed so one can hear the noise from the street, otherwise it's highly raccomandabile

Worst service ever - not recommended.
There were nothing wrong with the hotel itself but the service was terrible. The lady checking me in was so fake, refusing me every single request with a big fake forced smile. It was very clear she didn't like middle Eastern/Asian people. Racism in disguise. Being Gold member I am entitled to earlier check-in and late checkout, also free room upgrade. The lady refused it all, even though there was empty rooms available for upgrade. I asked for a nice view and she refused that as well, and got me a horror view of an abandoned building. I arrived at 1pm and was told to wait until standard check-in time at 3pm despite telling her I'm entitled to earlier check-in with my VIP status. I got back at 4pm and the first thing she said was that she is not sure it's ready yet, but it was and I got my room. But such a negative approach. Then I asked the same lady for late checkout, just 30min extra was requested by me and she refused, I got 20min extra only after several requests. Why argue with me and not just grant me the extra 10min when she gave me 20min already. So unprofessional. She ruined the entire experience and lowered the hotel standard. She should not be working for Kempinski brand. She had no idea what Hotels.com Gold member was even. No other Kempinski hotel around the world have this poor service. Pay extra and stay at 4 seasons instead. Their service is next level. Kempinski was one of the worst experiences I ever had from a service point of view.
