Our check in was incredible. We got to check in early, we requested an upgrade and were given a room that was available. They left us a gift in our room for our Babymoon. The staff were exceedingly friendly at every level, and the room servicing was efficient and amazing. We had a wonderful spa day during our stay and our only note there is that it’s only missing a cold plunge. Food was amazing at Brown’s and the breakfast buffet is really good as well as the happy hour —shoutout to Christian at the bar who made us a custom drink and wrote it down so we could request it even when he wasn’t on shift. Great snorkeling with complimentary equipment for 1 hour (which is more than enough to see all the amazing fish, coral, and sea turtles). Very family friendly and we can’t wait to come back with our kids.

The newly renovated room was beautiful ! Furniture brand new ! The view of golf course and ocean ( seeing the whales too) was chefs kiss ! The grounds were very Hawaiian traditional and tropical, simply divine! The snorkeling there was incredible! My only quip would be the food, some was great, but outrageously expensive! Even by the pool, which seems a bit over the top, the staff was wonderful! I highly recommend

Property and staff were great. You will need a car if you want to go anywhere on the island as the location is 40 mins north of Kona. There is a shuttle that will take you to some nearby shops and another hotel in the same area which was nice. Gold level is well worth it and the staff really took care of us the entire stay. Would definitely stay here again!!!!
