The guy that checked us in was really nice! Then we got a bang at our door at 11pm at night about towels, woke everyone up and we had a do not disturb sign on our door. Definitely won’t be going back, only thing that was okay was the pool. Said they had a hot tub but don’t but that’s okay.

Our stay was okay. The first room we were put it was not clean. The lady at the front desk got us another room. This one was better but the keys to the rooms do not work well at all. I noticed that we were not the only ones with that issue. The kids liked the pool and it was nice. I would say over all it was an average hotel stay.

The rate on the room reflected the condition. Given it was a cheap stay the room was clean enough. The light above the mirror didn't work and the shower didn't drain well but figured there would be issues. Pool was closed which I wasn't surprised by either. The staff was fine.

There is no breakfast menu. The only thing that is available is bread and cereal. Also hotel staff behind the desk are very disrespectful and are never around and when you do find them, they are on their phone talking to somebody and refuse to get off the phone. When they do put down their phone to help you whether it’s to get towels or whatever else you need they treat you like you’re an inconvenience.
