This hotel is not bad at all. Any issues, the staff takes care of it. Some things were not as clean as I expected, but when I told the front desk they had it taken care of pretty quickly. I have to say that Katy at the front desk is a superstar. She has a good memory- she remembered me from a stay about six months ago, and I heard her know a guest by name even though he did not frequently come through Maryville/Alcoa. Super helpful and very nice. We were here for Christmas and have enjoyed our stay!
