空調が各部屋毎に設定できないのが不便でした。花粉症の季節など、窓を開けられない人がいるにも関わらず全館暖房設定になっていたりと、現在東京はインバウンドも増え様々な国の方々が宿泊するにも関わらず、顧客目線にたっているとは思えませんでした。
