Pan Pacific Vancouver is the perfect location! Not only do you have amazing views of the harbor, sea planes landing, you are centrally located to everything plus the cruise terminal is attached to the hotel! The hotel also offers bag check-in from your room to your cruise cabin! The Five Sails restaurant is amazing and deserves a Michelin star!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE

Our stay was AMAZING!!! We had a room with the view of the waterfront. The room was clean and spacious. The King size bed was incredibly comfortable including the pillows. Which most times hotel pillows are just okay these were splendid. Service all around from the time we checked in and out was excellent the people were just friendly and super efficient.

Disappointed

Fantastic views, the rest was not pleasant. Very long wait times for elevators as half the elevators were out. I was not aware this was the go to place for pre boarding cruises. Extremely busy area. Staff were pleasant but the condition was old and flies were quite visible in the only restaurant on site.
