Weather was amazing in August. Day trips to near beach and light houses were close by with easy beautiful drives. People were nice everywhere and the food was fantastic. Our stay was clean, peaceful and felt like home. Bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Lovely estate and quaint town.

I had the most wonderful stay at the Jeremiah Mason House while traveling for work! The room was clean and beautiful, with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Valerie was exceedingly kind and even made sure to have coffee and breakfast ready for me very early in the morning before I had to leave for work. There is also a wonderful restaurant right across the street that I walked to for dinner. If you are looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful part of Maine, this is your place!

Valerie was an excellent host. She was communicative and ready to serve our needs. The home and room was very clean. Nothing much of a town but Limerick was a great stay over point before exploring the fall foliage.

I was relieved to find the Jeremiah Mason House B&B to stay in while I was taking a weekend workshop nearby. I don't usually stay in B&Bs because, as a vegan, it's usually impossible to get the &B part, but I saw that the owner offered vegetarian options, so I asked her about it before my arrival, and she was more than happy to accommodate my dietary needs with a delicious breakfast! In addition, the room (en suite) was decorated with love, the bed was comfortable, the wifi fast, the portable fireplace heater helped take the extra chill off nicely and quickly, and the shower was hot and good pressure. I would absolutely stay there again if I'm ever back in the area.

We stayed here for two nights to explore the area north of Limerick to North Conway. A beautiful historic house with individually designed and decorated rooms. Very helpful and welcoming host who provided what we requested for breakfast. The Town Grille across the road was very convenient for dinner although closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

Great getaway in southern ME

The service and communication were excellent, the owner was warm and welcoming, breakfast was delicious and homemade, space was very clean, warm, cozy, and we even bought some eggs from the owner’s laying hens! Easy drive to hiking, maple sugar houses, and to sites in Portland. Would definitely go again.

Great for long or short stays.

We had a lovely time. Plenty to do close by and within a 30-45 minute drive. The home is lovely. Only downside is the steep stairs to the third floor. Breakfast is lovely with eggs from her chickens.

Our stay at The Jeremiah Mason B&B was exceptional. Our room was not only beautiful, but very clean and comfortable. It was like taking a trip back in time. The homemade breakfasts were delicious with something different each day. The owner couldn't be more accommodating, friendly or efficient. Thank you so much.

My mom and I had a small weekend getaway in Limerick, Maine. The reason for our trip, was to attend a maple syrup weekend event at Hilltop Boilers and hike on Sawyer Mountain. After doing research for a hotel stay, we decided to stay at The Jeremiah Mason Bed and Breakfast. I want to say that our stay was the highlight of the trip! The minute we walked in, Valerie treated us like we were family. She explained all the features of the inn, and asked us what we wanted for breakfast and if we had any allergies or wanted especial requests. It was a very pleasant experience. The inn is in immaculate condition, very cozy and beautifully decorated. We can't wait to go back in the fall for apple picking!

6/10 不错

Host seemed annoyed that we reserved through Expedia. There were only two couples staying in the place and she stuck us both upstairs next to each other. We asked if another room was available but she said that because we reserved through Expedia she couldn’t switch our room. Didn’t make much sense. The place has a lot of character, but we wish the owner was more friendly/welcoming. Also, food was mediocre. It has been much better in past visits here. It’s like we were an annoyance to her this time. My parents also noted that she was not a warm host when they stayed a few years ago. Probably won’t stay again unfortunately.

Valerie, the owner, is extremely accommodating, even finding vegan alternatives for her guests' dining preferences. The property is very attractive, beautifully furnished with an appropriate historic ambiance. Breakfasts were delicious. Valerie takes a lot of pride in her B&B and had the misfortune of opening right at the beginning of the pandemic. She's working hard to get the word out about her establishment and to please her guests. I especially like to support women-owned businesses and the Jeremiah Mason House is easy to recommend.
