They definitely need to scrub the tub. The flooring in the bathroom is very uneven and missing grout on the tiles. These TVs didn’t work but was too tired to go get something else

I booked this stay for a work trip. After checking in I asked what time breakfast was only to be told they weren’t serving breakfast that week, Also found out pool, laundry room, and elevator were all out of service that week. I booked specifically to use those Amenities for my limited work allowance. No partial refund, no allowing me to book another hotel. I was stuck and went way over budget having to go other places to use the amenities that should have been included in my stay. Staff was nice and beds were comfortable. Next time I’ll make sure I have access to everything before checking in.

The place had a recent inspection that they failed. The elevator was broken, the pool and hot tub were closed and they could not serve breakfast. We requested a different room because of the elevator issue. The inn sent a reimbursement to Hotels.com on my behalf which they in turn should be returning to me. Where is the notice from Hotels.com re: the reimbursement?

This one had no elevators, and I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with my luggage. After being on the road for 5 hours, all I needed was a shower and a bed. Got the bed and no shower. The bathroom was disgusting. I was then told that they had no other rooms. Or refunds. Checked out!!!

It was very ran down the carpet was coming up from half of the entrances the security of the back door wasn't intact the elevator look like it was from the 1950s it looked like the hotel was in dire need of renovations

Pro: close to interstate, micro/fridge in room, restaurants close, easy check in. Cons: toilet did not work properly, bed really soft which is great for one but not 2 people. Loud AC but gets cold, office chair need definite screw drive or replacement, fridge froze all our food, breakfast items in fridge were frozen and limited items, no fruit or juice. Elevator down button does not work.

Front desk was nice but first room had mold on the AC vents and smelled like dollar store disinfectant. The second room, also had mold but this time it was on the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Only had 1/2 roll of TP and several light bulbs out through t the room. would not recomend.

Nasty hotel

This place had bugs, tv didnt work all the time (help cutting off) bathrooms was nasty hair other nasty stuff in drain. Breakfasts was nothing to brag about just cold cereal and waffles nothings else. Windows on 2ns floor was broke (a child can fall out if not careful.) Swimming pool ares needs to be knoced down and rebuilt (just nasty) lady behind desk was rude and not very helpful I will not use this hoter again
