Our stay here was very good. The only thing of note was we were there for 4 nights and you are only given coffee in the room for your first night, if you want to be able to make coffee in the morning you have to get instant coffee yourself. Also had to ask for more toilet paper as there is no housekeeping during your stay but other than that this is well situated and we would stay again.

The hotel is in a great location. It’s within walking distance of London Tower, London Bridge and Borough Market.The room was spacious but we were annoyed with the fact that the hotel only provides one laundry pod. The tiles in the bathroom shower needs cleaning.

Room was a bit strange. TV was mounted facing the windows, there was about 4 feet to sit between the TV and the glass window. Beds to very small, smaller than a twin bed. Hard to turn over without feeling like you were going to fall out of bed. Shower grout had many dark spots, wondered if it was black mold. The staff was pleasant and the location was good. Restaurant food was tasty.

The rooms were not well maintained. The bathroom floor got very wet when you took a shower as the drain was not working properly, it also smelt musty. The TV in our suite was located in the kitchen, not the bedroom - so we could not watch TV in the bedroom which was inconvenient. The location was good with lots of great shops and restaurants around, but the hotel itself was quite expensive for what it was.
