The elevator was broken. A concert was happening with one elevator with a packed hotel! My fiancé got threatened to be thrown in jail for going up to shake Vanilla Ice’s hand, like everybody else was doing by their oversized, overweight, security guard! Absolutely disgusted I always go to this hotel and I never ever ever will ever go back to this place ever again!
