They aren’t real friendly. The afternoon people checking guests in have been the best so far. Decent hotel overall. I had been a client for several years. Don’t expect friendly and you’ll have a good stay.

Stay here as part of a larger road trip. Ample parking, well appointed rooms and good breakfast. The only negative is that the property is like a maze and can get easily lost.

We stayed at the Quatro because I had stayed there in 2012. It was very professional, clean and up to date. This time everything was heavily shop worn and old. It felt past it's due date.

Breakfast was very good. Staff interaction was minimal but it was great when we did converse with them. The room was clean expect there were a few dead bugs in the one window. Not a big deal to me as I am surrounded by bush, and bugs are are just a part of life. Pool was nice and enjoyable. Hotel was clean as was the parking lot and surrounding area. Will definitely stay again.
