Staff was outstanding. When we got ready for bed late at night we were appalled at the condition of the down (?) comforter. It was stained and dirty at the head of the bed; there’s no way anyone should have that experience. Since it was so late we pushed it to the end of the bed and reported it to the desk the next morning; they, too, were appalled at its condition.

Stayed 8 nights and 3rd day asked for fresh towels, got some barely,asked for room to be cleaned on 4th day never got cleaned until 6 th day! I had to empty our garbage , ask for toilet paper, and even took linen off beds having it ready for cleaners!! The door had to be pushed hard or kicked to get into. Bathroom door was hard to open and close too

I wiped down bathroom floor and counter, door in bathroom and floor corners

Lobby visual looks nice and updated but rooms are run down and dirty! Seems like they had a lot of new people working or not enough help. Rooms at first seem clean when you first get there but quickly see that they do bare minimum. Seem like they quick clean not a deep clean. Floors were dusty dirty. Lamp shades caked on dust. Pool needs to be redone. The whole property needs to better maintained. One gave 2 towels at a time for the room. Called for more, never got more. It didn't ruin our vacation but definitely wouldn't stay again.
