The room was filthy and had bedbugs. I reported it to the front desk, who offered me another room that was also filthy, so I decided to leave. I asked for a refund and the woman at the front desk told me she couldn't refund me since I had prepaid at hotels.com.
I went to another hotel and contacted hotels.com customer support to request a refund. They contacted the hotel, who LIED and said I never reported any issues and was still there in the room. Mind you, while I was repacking my car I watched hotel staff dismantle the bed and drag the mattress outside. I still have not resolved this with hotels.com, but please, for the love of God, do not stay in this disgusting, bug infested scam factory.
