Unfortunately, they could not find the reservation we had made through hotels.com. This resulted in 45 minutes of time to determine what had happened and get a hotels.com employee on the phone to assist. The quality Inn employee at the registration desk is as able to get us a room. Otherwise, the room was very nice and very clean. Breakfast was fabulous as usual. But the next time we stay there, I will be calling ahead to confirm.
