This was the second time we have stayed here. They still do not have the other elevator fixed. I noticed a rat trap behind the checkin counter. The housekeeper used two bars of soap and papertowel to clean; at least the shower. The bars of soap, covered in papertowels and chunks of papertowl in the shower were left behind.

The room floor was not clean the lamp in one of the rooms acted like it had a short and the tv remote didnt work there was only 1 towel had to ask for more the pull out wasnt even a mattress just a foam pad it had no sheets and when asked it took them well over a hour to bring it the ceiling in one room had plaster missing never again

We had a terrible experience. The stairwell our room was next to reeked of urine. Our shower had hair balled up on the wall. The ceiling was falling apart. The phone didn’t work. The sofa bed had no mattress, only a gross foam pad. No bedding. Homeless people consistently loitering in the front.

Tried to check in only to find a dirty room then tried to check into another room that was not the deluxe I paid for and it was dirty as well…. They both didn’t have beds made and both had someone else’s food in the fridge I didn’t want to sit down or take off my shoes it was not a good experience. The guy at the front desk was very helpful though and was the only positive thing to the whole experience!

This place should not be in business they have MOLD on there walks. The place looks so dirty. For it being on rock rd. Broadway hotels look better then this place .

Don’t stay here

We booked a two night stay in the jetted tub loft room for $590.00. When we pulled up to the building it looked very trashy and there was even a van with broken windows and flat tires in the parking lot. When we went in to check in the staff was sketchy. Then we went to our room only to find out it was 100 degrees inside. Quickly found the air conditioners and cranked them low. Then walked around and seen dead bugs laying all over the place. The tub looked nasty and dirty. There was a big sticky spot on the floor and the ceiling looked disgusting as well. We did however get a bag of snacks from the desk and quickly returned it on our way out. Needless to say we left immediately and got a refund. Just go stay at a holiday inn. This place is a bad joke.

We waited 10 minutes to get checked in. No one was around. We paid for a more expensive room to that was supposed to come with snacks and drinks we got none. Then once checked in the guy said let me see if the room is even cleaned and we waited again. Then at the pool there were 2 police officers that came and were investigating something in a room. We had no towels in the room no soap nothing. Facility was very worn down.

The property was awful! The lobby looked very inviting and clean. Our check in was at 3pm, we arrived at 6:30pm and was told our room wasn’t clean and it would be 30 minutes. As we, finally, made our way up the stairs to our room, there was an exterior window in the hallway busted and missing. Our bedding had cigarette burns it, the ice bucket had what appeared to be ashes, and the coffee pod holder had broken jewelry in it. The pool area had a drop cord running next to the pool to the hot tub. The pool room was also missing glass.

I get it they are busy but our room had no towels and no beddding. Less than half roll toilet paper. The carpet was very nasty in our room trash food under bed. A very scary fight sat night in lobby that my kids witnessed. Pool was ok not clean nor was hottub. Sanaas didnt work. I have worked in hotels before i get it on busy werkends but this was not ok.
