The property is good, the rooms are comfortable. But it is an old renovated property with poor finishes and the breakfast was not good, as in the batter was sour for the waffles and the food was greasy. But the price is great and the location was near the Witte museum which was the reason.

Construction on 35 made it hard to navigate in and out of property. Old building and with that comes old building properties. That being said, the staff was kind and helpful. Seemed to be doing everything they can with that property. The lobby got real warm in the morning for breakfast. Aside from that its exactly what you pay for. A clean, cheap bed just for the night.

The building stinks. The rooms are so dingy. The staff was super unprofessional, and hard to find. We were on the first floor, and people above us were extremely loud all night long, super miserable on my children. I get that it’s what we paid for, but there should be standards.

This is not a hotel. It is a motel and also a very dirty place, especially bedsheet and towels horrible all stain and super dirty don't waste money here .
