Booked a room here to get some sleep on a trip home from FL. Checked in at 10:30-11pm. Lobby smelled like desk clerk just finished smoking weed. Rest of the place smelled of it too. By 2am the room above us was partying. Loud music and noises on the floor. Tried going back to sleep. By 3am they were even louder. We were planning on getting up at 5am to hit the road so we got up. Went to the desk and the guy working said we were there too long to get any money back. He could move us to a different room. Not sure why we should have to move instead of controlling the other room. And at this point I need to get up in 2 hours so what am i going to sleep? So after driving 12 hours I got to sleep about 2 hours for the full room price and then get back to driving the next 9 hours.

Required a $100 deposit at check in that I wasn’t aware of. Wi-Fi was weak so we had no tv. Used my hotspot from my phone so we could watch something and wasn’t sitting in silence. Had a crowd out front when we pulled up to check in and when we returned later that night….Looked like permanent residents. Person working front desk was in a t-shirt and jeans and was sitting in waiting area when I walked in. Sat there for a min before he slumbered over to check me in. Almost just ate the price of the room and went somewhere else after he threw in the $100 deposit. Will definitely not be staying again.

At first they tried to charge me an extra $100. Then the room did not have any extra towels for the number of guests i put down i had. We also never had our room cleaned and stayed there 3 days 2 nights. So trash built up and we unfortunately had to use the same 2 towels the whole time for 3 people.
