I have stayed at this Super 8 many times over a few decades, but had not stayed in the last several years. This motel is also larger than most Super 8 properties, more rooms on more floors. However the main entrance looks more like a side door and the lobby area is fairly small. It is conveniently located just off of I-39, but situated such that there is no noise from the highway. It is at the end of a 'strip' of gas stations, fast food restaurants, and small stores. Unlike some similar motels, it has a capacious parking lot. This property, on my recent visit, appeared to be well maintained and clean, although I spotted a few small flakes of what looked like bits of brittle old newsprint on the room carpeting; I have no idea what that was all about. I did not enounter any issues with noise.

Several hours later I called and told the staff I left them by accident and I was told that the cleaning staff usually tosses what is left behind or they steal it and don’t give it to the front desk and lie about taking the items left behind.
