The hotel is a 1950's vintage, I love this style. I carry lots of equipment and can park the car in front of my door. Being an older property it is not like its crisp and new but it is super clean, fresh paint and updated bathrooms. Not a bug in sight nor dust anywhere (Important to me). AC works great, important in summer. The hotel is also very quiet and the staff very accomidating. I would give this place 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Clean room

Needed a place to stay with a clean room and clean bathroom. It wasn't fancy nor did I expect it to be but I got what I was looking for.

It was not what I thought it was goi g to be. The staff was rude and unkind. The room was ok nothing to special about it. Nothing around and we did not feel safe

Older small motel, nice and clean, owner helpful with restaurants in area; only downside, really, was groups of working guys hanging around parking lot talking when we pulled in. They weren't loud, though, and went to bed early. Motel is better than its initial impression. Bathroom had all new tile and fixtures and...great water pressure!

Needs a quality rehab

We decided not to stay. Property needs complete rehab. Photos are very deceiving. I get depressed just thinking about the amount of money and work required to repair the parking lot alone. The walls need to be completely re drywalled and painted, not just painter.

Don't book here! You will regret it!

Manager is rude, told me i had no reservation when i did. Awful rooms straight from the 80's and reek of stale smoke. Bed is awful, room had threadbare carpet and blanketing.

Upon arrival, I was denied my reservation. I was told I had to contact Expedia and was not assisted with a number although the man was right beside a computer. Expedia kept me on the telephone and in a chat room with no response. I was inconvenienced as I am out my money and had to drive around searching for other accommodations. I will NEVER book here or through Expedia ever again. I will also be spreading the word to everyone I know.

Room was ‘hospital’ clean. I do have a few quibbles. There were no drinking cups in the room. While the parking lot was extremely well lit, the curtain in my room was about 4 inches short of covering the window so my room never got very dark

The appearance of the hotel aka MOTEL was not what we expected. The sheets were stained and dirty/the towels looked like old rags(DINGY WHITE). No pillowcases or blankets and although it WAS smoking room, it was VERY musty. Not recommended

I did not get to go to the hotel because I got Covid. I tried to contact Expedia but because I was two hours past the deadline no one contacted me. The hotel might be OK because I didn’t go, but I will never use Expedia again.

The staff were very rude! The room was very dirty and gross. Moved to different hotel. They refused to refund any of the charge for the room. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Very disappointed. I also reported to Expedia and they were no help.

It was absolutely disgusting. We wanted to give this place a chance but it ended up being the worst. We get in our room and it smells like body odor. Then when we lay down on the bed we noticed there was little blood spots on it. It was disgusting. We were there for maybe 20 minutes then decided it was time to leave.

I made a reservation in a snowstorm at 10:30 pm. I arrive at 11:30 pm (within their check in time). Sign said open and tiny lobby was open. I go in and there was no one there. I rand the doorbell for 25 min while also calling them. No answer at all. Had to go across the street and book at Quality Inn. Checked out of Quality and back to OYO at 8:30 am. Still no one there and not answering any calls. Days later I find out they are trying to book me as a "no show" even thought they were the "no show". Since I booked under the non refundable for ANY REASON, even Travelocity is on OYO side. I never thought that no one being available and all the rooms being locked would count against me. Now I am avoiding any OYO place

Customer service is horrible, the whole experience was horrible, You are bothering them, since this motel, not hotel, is their home. You have to push a ring doorbell just to get service, & then you have to wait & wait, in a room the size of a closet with no air circulation, waiting for them to show up, it’s obvious your interrupting something. We booked 2 rooms for 2 days. We had to go thru the above procedure to get more towels, but we were told they don’t have any right now, they’ll bring some in the morning @9am. Check out is @11. We never got the towels. We did have an old used towel from the day before we shared, & the towels are small, thin,& old. The bathroom floors are very slippery, be careful. The rooms are not clean, very dirty. I wore my shoes the whole time, my socks would be black on the bottom if I walked around in them. There is no hair dryer or anything. I think there breakfast is a coffee pot & some plastic wrapped muffins inside the closet sized, no air circulation waiting room. Our room does have an old small frig & an old extra small microwave, & that’s the only good thing, if you can call that good. Oh, you need to leave a $50 deposit to secure the fact you don’t steal things from the room & you don’t leave it damaged. Lmao. But they will call you on a landline phone @ 10:30 & express did you know your suppose to be checking out?or your getting charged for another day. This place is horrible.
