La zona está bien. No conocí mucho y se siente segura. El personal muy amable pero un poco lento y desordenado en el restaurante. Muy mal, terrible. Mucho ruido de en la habitación, el ruido de la calle entra a la habitación y no permite dormir bien, ni estar cómodo en ella. La habitación muy oscura, no tiene suficiente luz. El hotel utiliza sus amenidades para hacer eventos por lo que los huéspedes no pueden hacer uso de dichas amenidades. Ademas el ruido de los eventos también se escucha en las habitaciones. El restaurante es muy malo, la comida de pésima calidad, el servicio terrible, las sillas incómodas. Pésimo hotel. No lo recomiendo nada.

A grandes rasgos, es un lugar fantástico. Silencioso, agradable, con un buen restaurante y habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas. Sólo hubo un par de detalles muy sencillos de corregir para que pongan atención a ellos.... En la regadera había cabellos adheridos en la pared, como que sólo limpiaron el piso pero no la pared. A la regadera no se le iba el agua, por lo que se estancaba después de unos pocos minutos, y las toallas estaban rotas. Estos detalles son poca cosa para la experiencia que fue MUY BUENA en general.
