1. Roaches in room, as well as other bugs 2. Soda/water machines were empty, and in horribly filthy condition. 3. No brewed coffee in the morning. Since there are no coffee machines in rooms, coffee was expected...but the air pots were empty and other guests claimed management doesn't make coffee for guests. 4. Room condition...drapes torn and falling down, only light in room that worked was on the desk, unknown substance on walls in bathroom and entry, heavy perfume smell. 5. Staff at check in was pleasant. At checkout, staff said they've never had problems with bugs. After reading more reviews on other sites (Kayak, etc.), we know he lied. We were in town to attend a concert, so there was an expensive upcharge at all hotels. We had to prepay the room because due to concert effecting hotel capacity in the area. In the future, I will do more diligent investigations before booking with Hotels.com or anything with Wyndham in the name. Hindsight...We should have slept in the car.

What?! No coffee

Rooms were quaint and adequate. Beds were fair with down pillows that were great.. There was no coffee pot in the room. Bummer!! The continental breakfast was subpar.

Horrible experience!! I reserved this room and selected to pay at the property, upon arrival, they stated they did not accept cash for payment so an alternate credit card was provided. They charged in full, both the card used for the reservation and the card that was provided at check-in, which was not discovered until days later because I do not check my statement daily. The hotel was also extremely outdated, our room had not been cleaned thoroughly there were baby items under one bed, mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and it looked like a 2

When i made reservations i made them for floor rooms bacause im handicapped with a walker,but when i get there and check in my room was on the 3rd floor with no elevator only stairs so i had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to the room.

Needs some updates

Room was small , beds were small . Wasn’t that clean there were dead bugs on the floor . There was a used roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. The side door was always unlocked and the window was opened on the way up to our room .

You get what you pay for

Elevator doesn't work and has not for awhile. Breakfast had dry cereal, cinnamon rolls and juice, not much selection. Hard to get people at front desk. Manager was nice but obviously short handed, room was clean and comfortable and ac was turned low like I like it. Price was good
