The room was horrible for a Wyndham property. My husband and I were appalled upon entry into the room. Sadly, there was nowhere else to go that night. The sheets and pillow cases were supposed to be white, but looked dull and dirty like they had not been washed in weeks. The comforter was no better. We ended up going to Walmart and purchasing sheets and pillow cases that we placed directly on top of the bedding. No comforter was used. The bathroom towels (2), wash cloth (1) and hand towel (1) looked like the bedding. Absolutely disgusting. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. It was a non-smoking room. The furniture was beat up. The floor boards looked like they had not been cleaned in years. Neither of us used the shower!! The room/bathroom was HORRIBLE as was the overall condition of the property. BBQs and lawn chairs outside of the rooms! The provided breakfast was a joke. We will never stay here again or recommend to others. Wyndham please take a look at this property. This represents your company.

Room smelled of smoke, was outdated and loud. Over priced (and it was not that expensive) for the room and hotel quality. When I arrived, I was initially told no rooms were available and that Hotels.com is not up to date on room availability. After asking several questions and that they check again, it turns out there was one room available.

The place is a dump. The parking lot stinks. No water in the pool. No lids for the coffee. Rooms dirty. Someone's gross washcloth left in the shower. My TV on top of my fridge is bigger than the one in the room. Paid for two nights and could only stomach one. Just left and moved on to another hotel.

The place is so old and worn. I think the bathtub was painted or something. You wouldn’t want to step into it. The toilet doesn’t flush all the way. The furniture is very worn. Bath towels all have holes in them. Other wise if the budget is tight or you don’t care about that stuff for one night, it’s fine.

First room smelled of cigarettes. When i went to the front desk, she told me that my reservation was for a smoking room! She said the only other room she could get for us would be a disability room. When we went to that room it was not very clean, there was someones half used shampoo bottle in the shower, the furniture was shabby, scratched and well worn. The metal towel shelf in the bathroom was pulled out of the wall and was just hanging on the holes in the drywall. The faucet in the bathroom sink worked backward ( hot on the right and cold on the left! ) This whole property was very shabby and in dire need of renovation! I wouldnt let my dog stay in this place!

A computer issue caused me to be charged for the 19th, when I wanted the 20th. Tried to fix the issue with Hotels.com but was referred to the property which would not move the day even though I reached out within minutes of the booking. I am definitely not using Hotels.com again. Very disappointed, was charged but not there.

To say I was seriously underwhelmed is an understatement. I ended up with a handicap room. The bathtub was disgusting. It needs to be replaced. Several people hung outside my door till late at night. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.
