First of all, it is obvious that this facility has had water damage, not only in the room, but in the hallway, the floors aren’t even. Our room for some reason was completely wet all the floors and we couldn’t figure out why. It was the first time that I felt less clean, taking a shower due to how awful the room was. If it hadn’t been so late, we would’ve gone elsewhere, but we were passing through. The decor both in the room in the hallways looked very old and beat up. Reminded me of a room that you would rent hourly if you get my drift. I would not recommend this to any traveler at any time. Definitely needs some upgrading. The front lobby is clean in the continental breakfast was decent. We had to wear our sneakers in the room because otherwise our socks would continue to get wet from what? I don’t even wanna think about it. A very unpleasant experience luckily we only were there for seven hours just to sleep.

The room was not clean. The mattress cover had mold on it, the shower was dirty, the toilet was dirty and had some pee on it. The door outside wouldn’t shut all the way so it was a safety hazard. HOWEVER the staff was amazing and gave us a full refund.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. When the breakfast bar was out of waffle mix, the staff were very quick to fix it. The area was fairly quiet, so we were able to rest. The room rate was fair for a one night stay on a holiday weekend.
