They said they need to get some security in there, they need to clean it up, and they need to put some money back into the building. Also, they need to put new cameras in the buildings and they also need to get a little more variety of breakfast. Not to mention their paint job is not good at all, and as far as the toilet I don't know what they thought they need to get some big toilets in there because people like myself, which is 6 ft tall, it can be hard to get up. However, for if a person is 3ft tall it would be comfortable for them. However, it was great I guess for the price!

This building is very outdated. Room had an unpleasant odor. The floors are stained all over the place, and it has been some time since the stairs were vacuumed. There is no elevator on this property, so be aware! Bed was okay for one night stay and room seemed clean, other than the odor which was probably from decades of smoking. Furniture and carpets were way outdated. Staff was nice. Didn’t stay for breakfast.

It's not located in close proximity to any restaurants, which may be a problem if you want a late night meal close to where you're staying. It's located near some type of industrial area. My room didn't have a couch, which surprised me. A guest and I would have to sit on the bed to watch TV. The room seemed outdated. The tub, as an example, was stained. The breakfast cereal didn't taste right . . . The cereal was either expired or stale. For the most part, I got what I paid for though. I just wanted an affordable place reasonably close to downtown Indianpolis so I could sleep for the night rather than driving three hours home following the Final Four. The bed was very comfortable. My hallway light randomly turned on by itself in the middle of the night while I was in the room alone. I found that to be unsettling. The hotel is located across the street from a strip club that was shut down following a history of violent incidents, including shootings, at the location. Despite all of this, I won't rule out staying there again the next time I'm in Indianapolis for the night. I probably wouldn't consider staying there for longer than a night, however.

Waited 45 minutes at the front desk for someone to check us in. Once checked in we had to switch rooms because the shower head was broken, TV didn't work and the toilet didn't flush well. Photos of the hotel do not match the actual state of the rooms which are in huge disrepair.
