GREAT TIME GREAT LOCATION GREAT STAFF
真实点评

8/10 非常棒

We came to Hanover to visit family, so the location was convenient. The property was older but clean, reasonably priced. Very nice staff, good breakfast & coffee, and the beds are very comfortable! Couldn't ask for more. Not our first visit, and we'll be back.

I had a great time the staff explained everything to me. Coming out of state not knowing what to do with down time the staff informed me of different things to do. I had a wonderful time.

4/10 一般

If you are looking for a place to breathe second hand smoke during your visit, this is it! If you are looking for a breakfast w/ only cereal milk and bread, this is your spot! If you have concerns, they are "not required" to address them. Other hand, room was well maintained. This is not my first rodeo w/ this place, so in my opinion as well as the others in my party, the trend is not favorable.

真实点评

Staff was very friendly and always accommodated our requests. The breakfast was limited but for the price we paid for the room I paid it was worth it. They don't provide enough for everyone staying there so you gotta get up early if you wanna eat, The rooms were super clean although they don't have a microwave in the cheaper rooms which is a huge downside.

真实点评

2/10 较差

I will never use this hotel or its chain again because they are thieves; they stole my employee's $400 deposit, and when I called the front desk, they gave me no answer regarding what happened. I do not recommend using this hotel chain.
真实点评

8/10 非常棒

The AC in room 107 was very loud and the cover rattled. The fridge was also loud (when the AC was not running.) Breakfast bar had fewer choices than the dozens of times we stayed there in the past 40+ years. We wound up buying more breakfast elsewhere. Staff were excellent, as always!

The room was comfortable. Easy access to things. Unfortunately breakfast was very disappointing . Only oatmeal, 2 bagels, and a few coffee cakes.
