The hotel could use some renovations. The staff was friendly and most important, our room was clean. It was a last minute stay in our travel schedule and for a very affordable price we got a clean comfortable room. Room smelled of old wet carpet shampoo, deadbolt on door was broken, security door NOT locked - even after we informed front desk, attendant could not provide a simple bottle opener, toilet seat dangerously loose, AC unit was utterly filthy & malfunctioned..to mention a few points - other than that, we survived ok.
