We frequented the hotel several times in the 90’s under another name. It felt the same with all the amenities like the in-house pool, the bar, the quiet little nooks and the amazing breakfast. We would only suggest that you purchase a few sent machines for the lobby area to remove the staleness from the air in such an inviting area. We stayed in the second floor and our room was at the end of the hall. It was quit dark at night and would hope the lighting can be improved. We would love to visit again in the fall with noted improvements. Your entire staff was awesome! Thank you for your professionalism and kindness.

He was not only friendly and professional but also incredibly attentive to every detail. After a long day of travel, Alex’s warm smile and kind demeanor made all the difference. He checked me in efficiently, offered great local recommendations, and even took the time to make sure my room preferences were met without me having to ask twice. It’s rare to find someone who strikes the perfect balance between being personable and polished, but Alex did exactly that. The rest of the stay was excellent as well—clean rooms, great amenities, and a convenient location—but Alex truly set the tone. Exceptional service like his deserves to be recognized. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope to see Alex at the front desk again!
