Lack of good customer service as I was told that they can give me the refund of the other bedroom I booked for. I booked for two bedrooms and finally was using one. I did ask for refund but the reply was not professional and at the end I didn't get any refund. Worst place to stay so far and I can't recommend this horrible hotel to anyone.
