Check in was quick and easy with Shireen, and when my brother left his bag and we had to catch a flight, Peggy was amazing in letting the bag be stored for a week before family in the area could come pick it up for us. Very easy to get to, travel to, and stay at! My biggest “inconvenience” was that there wasn’t an outlet next to my bed, but a long cord on my charger rectified that. I needed a place to sleep amidst 12-to-14 hour work days, and it was just that. No complaints! Staff is super friendly and helpful! No complaints, if my work ever finds me in Indianapolis again, I will look here first!

There was no water pressure at all. I could barely shower and definitely could not wash my hair. There were some holes in the ceiling that had bath tissues shoved in them and you could hear EVERYTHING from the halls and other rooms. It was good for the price.
