6/10 不错

The room had everything you need but the whole place was just very dated. Lots of questionable stains on curtains etc. The staff were delightful - can’t fault them at all.

6/10 不错

Decent value for money and staff are friendly. Our room was right next to the stairs and was awfully loud throughout the night. Beds are rock hard and our room couldn’t cool down no matter what we tried making sleeping uncomfortable between the uncomfortable beds and hot room

Walking to my room, I coyld see that the place was pretty run down in my opinion. I was in my room for about 15 minutes before I decided I just couldn't stay there. Loads of brown splashes up the walls. If they couldn't clean these obvious things, I was left wondering about the standards of cleaning and the overall standard of the place. I left and went to another hotel.

4/10 一般

We required a basic and no frills place to stay and we got that. Sadly, the room floor was very dirty and sticky, we didn't take off our shoes. Kitchen staff were overwhelmed and didn't attend to guests for much service during the morning. I'd like to think there are so many small areas for basic improvement, that the establishment can only improve(!).

The carpet is dirty, bathroom dirty, grimy. Place needs full gutting. Noise. I got woken up a few times during the night. A lot of homeless appearing people around! Staff is helpful but I was stuck! Paid for a whole week and they didn’t pick up the phone from hotel.com I was told! I wanted out but they gave me another room. The smell was bad. I’ve never felt so stuck and helpless in my life. There was vomit on my bedroom carpet!

You would expect, at a minimum from a hotel, that you would be able to take a shower. In our room it was impossible to make the water in the shower any way cooler than boiling hot. This not the kind of problem that would occur suddenly. The temperature setting tap moved, it just didn't change anything. Just obviously a failure of maintenance which kind of sums up the place. We've stayed in plenty of Days Inns, Travelodges & cheaper hotels, some of them quite run down but never have we not been able to take a shower. It's failure at the bare minimum level. The room itself was very poorly equipped. No table of any kind and virtually no where to put anything. The bathroom had a tiny sink with a tiny shelf poorly attached above it. The breakfast looked inedible. We didn't bother. We should get a refund. Very poor.

STAY AWAY!!! Unless you like dirty glasses, stained carpet, marked walls, mouldy towels and bed linen, that doesn’t feel fresh and if you like instant coffee, but no tea or eggs for breakfast!!! Refund please!!!
