The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. It’s in a good location for visiting nearby attractions, and parking was easy and convenient. We also appreciated that it was quiet at night, so everyone got a good rest. Overall, it’s a great value stay for families looking for comfort without breaking the budget. We’d happily stay again if we’re in the area!

You get what you pay for, and this fit our needs for a convenient, clean, inexpensive place to stay for one night with A/C (it was unseasonably hot in England while we were there). The property was clean and easy to access from the road. Pub next door was good and accessible. Staff was nice. On the negative side, the bathtub drained poorly, which meant that by the end of the shower you were standing calf-deep in water. No amenities to speak of, meaning that there wasn't even hair conditioner. Bottom line - this is not a glamorous experience, nor did I expect it to be for what we paid. It was clean, and it worked for one quick night. I wouldn't stay longer than that, but one night was fine.
