Front Desk Ana didn't seem she wanted to help. I asked her to mark down on a map for a restaurant she recommended. She seemed very bothered by it giving me the bothered face.That's just simple question and service. That's the 1st time I felt a hotel staff didn't want to do her job. We were on the top 5th floor and noone was supposed to be above us. But every night, it sounded like someone or something was stomping on top of us.

The hotel is in a very centric location. The metro station is practically next door. You can go up the street to visit Chiado. Breakfast selection was complete. You can do your own fresh orange juice. Breakfast time is until 12 pm.

The beds were very comfortable, rooms are updated and clean. Nice hot showers after long travel day. Great place to stay without a vehicle because you can walk to everything but only for those who enjoy walking up, down, and around!

Very central area, only 3 minutes walk out to the sea, and not too noisy despite the pub being opposite the hotel. Lovely rooms. Didn’t have the continental breakfast due to price, but there are lots of options for breakfasts nearby. Would stay again!

Nice Hotel & Great Staff.

It’s not the Ritz but is perfect for travelers not wanting to over spend on a hotel they will only sleep in. Great centralized location making most places to see walkable. Check in was easy. Reception staff has been extremely courteous and helpful. Lobby was simple but nice. Room was basic and met our needs. Window would not lock but being on the 3rd floor, I still felt safe. I would stay here again.

The listing on expedia is incorrect. There is no onsite parking. Its either street and pay or patking garage. Staff was excellent, clean, convenient and easy to walk to many sites.
