The stay was okay, but a few things could definitely be improved. The soundproofing isn’t great — you can easily hear noise from the hallway or nearby rooms. Only one room key is provided, which can be a little inconvenient for two guests. There’s also no room service, so you’ll need to order delivery if you want a meal. If you arrive late, make sure to prepare some food in advance, as options nearby may be limited. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay, but the convenience and comfort could be better.

Great stay for a great value!

The Anik Palace was the perfect hotel for my visit to Phnom Penh. The staff was attentive, friendly and genuine. Everyone I encountered truly wanted to make my stay pleasant and it did not go unnoticed. The rooftop pool and bar was a treat and the staff great! Highly recommend staying here for a little oasis in the chaotic and bustling city of Phnom Penh.

I liked the room and the bed was very comfortable. Our room was overlooking the street so was a little noisy. Good selections for the breakfast, plenty of different fruits and cereals. You can get to the nice avenue leading to the palace and silver pagoda easily. A variety of international cuisines available at nearby restaurants.

Great stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The sky bar and pool were very relaxing and comfortable. Great drinks with 2 happy hours a day. Breakfast was nothing amazing but was good enough. Highly recommended for a nice stay in Phnom Penh.

The property is in a good location (fairly quiet but accessible to restaurants etc.), staff are friendly and always smiling. Decor is old style and pool / bar area is well maintained, and breakfast has a good variation. Unfortunately, there was no gym, spa, sauna etc as advertised (under renovation), which they neglected to advise in the communications sent when booking was made. Internet is the worst I have experienced anywhere in Phnom Penh and power socket setup is not enough. This property is not 4 star and not good for business travel but otherwise suitable for leisure travel.

Hotel is very well maintained and the staff is wonderful, attentive and discreet. Breakfast buffet was excellent and well prepared. Our Deluxe Urban Twin was a bit small (we had big luggages though) and the quality of the bed was amazing. Thank you Anik Palace staff for making our first days in Phnom Penh a lovely place to rest after a long flight!
