Lovely large rooms, beautifully made up. Very clean and elegant. Super relaxing, the Japanese garden is gorgeous. Staff were very attentive and courteous. I would have given 5 stars, but although there was a kettle in the room, there were no tea or coffee making facilities. You had to go to the lounge on the first floor.
