Pros- located close to Alameda Central, clean rooms, reasonably priced Cons- walls are paper thin so could hear everything, noisy throughout the day and night due to the area/other guests/construction, wifi is spotty, no AC and can’t leave windows open since the mosquitos get in

This hotel is in very poor condition. Rooms do mot have drinking water, closet, coffee maker, mini fridge or anything except the most basic. Employees congregate around front desk and talk loud all night. Very unfriendly front desk stuff

Me dieron una habitación junto a la recepción y toda la noche se la pasaron hablando, tengo el sueño ligero y a partir de la 1 de la mañana se oía mucho ruido ya no pude dormir como hasta las 4 de la mañana y a las 7 de nuevo mucho ruido, si fueran más silenciosos sería genial, igual me gustaría dejarán una botella de agua de amenidad, me dio mucha sed por la noche, pero ya no salí por lo noche que era y no sabía si podía conseguir una botella de agua

Buenas Tardes 1.- Cuando hicieron la limpieza no se llevaron la basura 2.- Solicite una jarra de Hielo y me subieron 5 cubitos de hielo y me cobraron 25 pesos. 3.- Les solicite de favor si me podian prestar un sacacorchos y la srita de la recepcion muy cortante me dijo NO, le pedi un cubierto y me dijo NO, muy cortante y no me dio ninguna opcion ni nada para solucionar mi peticion, tiene una mala actitud de atencion al cliente y mal servicio. A la Habitacion le faltan mosquiteros y batallamos con los mosquitos. Moscas etc.

Me hospede 6 noches hace unos días el personal en general parece que siempre está de malas , no contestan los buenos días , son algo groseros , en general el hotel es bueno pero el personal de la recepción deja mucho que desear , capacitando o cambiando al personal de recepción el hotel sería 10/10 una lástima que el personal no sea tan amable pues no se les está pidiendo un favor , se está pagando por un servicio !
